The CNC high-power forming grinding machine series adopts advanced slow feed forming grinding technology, achieving powerful grinding through techniques such as low-speed longitudinal feeding of the worktable, increased power of the spindle motor, wheel shaping and dressing, and high-pressure cooling, allowing the workpiece to be directly ground from the blank to shape.
The entire series features a middle column moving horizontal bed layout (see Figure 1): the worktable achieves longitudinal feeding on the bed, the column movement realizes horizontal feeding motion, and the grinding head moves vertically on the column. These three motions are all performed by an AC servo motor and a ball screw drive system. The middle column moving structure has high rigidity and high stability. The machine's spindle motor adopts a three-phase asynchronous servo spindle motor.The entire series is designed with a modular approach, covering worktable widths from 200mm to 500mm, worktable lengths from 600mm to 2000mm, and spindle motor powers ranging from 9KW to 100KW in various types.
The machines use either a German SIEMENS CNC system or a Chinese SYNTEC CNC system, controlling the worktable's longitudinal feeding motion, the grinding head's vertical feeding motion, the column's horizontal feeding motion, and the servo spindle motor.
